EQ Might is a non-commercial fan project built on the EQEmu platform. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Daybreak Game Company LLC. All EverQuest trademarks, logos, and related content remain the exclusive property of Daybreak Game Company LLC.

This server is a tribute to the original game experience and is offered solely for nostalgic and community engagement purposes, with no commercial intent. While EQ Might strives to honor the original experience, some game mechanics may behave differently. If you're looking for the official version, we recommend visiting Daybreak Game Company's servers.

Support for Maintenance and Development Costs

EQ Might is maintained by a single person and operates as a hobbyist, non-commercial project. While voluntary contributions are accepted to help cover server and website hosting, hardware upkeep, and power costs, EQ Might does not operate for profit.

Contributions are entirely optional and are not considered purchases, subscriptions, or financial investments. No refunds are offered.

The option to support EQ Might is disabled once monthly or quarterly upkeep costs are met, and reenabled at the start of the following month.

Compliance

EQ Might is developed and maintained in Switzerland and will respond appropriately to legally substantiated requests from rights holders.

We respect the work of artists and of Daybreak Game Company and make every effort to ensure EQ Might remains a respectful and non-commercial tribute to the EverQuest universe.

Client and Server Usage

EQ Might does not distribute or facilitate access to the EverQuest game client or any proprietary software owned by Daybreak Game Company LLC.

EQ Might operates using the standard zones and EQEmu server binaries, currently version 23.3.2, as developed and maintained by the EQEmu community. Customization are implemented at script level, and these modifications are not publicly distributed.
